What is the turnaround time?
Most orders are completed within 3-4 weeks.

Can I measure and install my own windows?
Yes. Many of our customers choose DIY measuring and installation to save the cost. We also have Youtube channel 'Lumi Sheers Gold Coast', there are many tutorials to guide you step by step.

At Lumi, we work directly with selected overseas manufacturers to offer better value without compromising quality. Many of today’s premium soft furnishing products are manufactured in China using advanced automated production and modern fabric technology — including products supplied to well-known Australian brands.
We carefully select our fabrics and finishes to ensure they are suitable for Australian homes and conditions.

Do you offer fire retardant curtain fabrics?
Yes — fire retardant treatment can be added upon request for selected fabrics.
Many curtain fabrics supplied directly from overseas manufacturers do not include fire retardant treatment as standard, unlike some Australian retail brands. However, this option can easily be added during production for customers who require it, usually for a small additional cost.
This is especially popular for commercial spaces, apartments, or customers wanting additional peace of mind.
