Ideal for customers outside our service area or anyone happy to measure and install themselves. Enjoy the same custom-made LUMI quality while saving on measuring and installation costs.
How It Works
Step 1: Choose Your Track Fit
Choose either a wall fit (with cornice ) or ceiling fit (without cornice) before taking your measurements.
Step 2: Measure the Width and Drop
WIDTH — Two Ways to Measure
1. Wall to Wall
Measure the full width from wall to wall.
2. Cover the Window
Measure the window width and add 200–400mm on each side, depending on the window size.
DROP — Two Ways to Measure
1. With Cornice
Measure from the floor to underneath the cornice.
2. Without Cornice
Measure from the floor to the ceiling.
Important: Measure the drop on the left, centre and right, then provide the shortest measurement in millimetres.
Step 3: Choose the Opening Style
Choose the opening style that best suits your window:

Left Opening — Curtain stacks on the left

Right Opening — Curtain stacks on the right

Centre Opening — Two curtains open from the centre and stack on both sides

Free-Running — Curtain moves freely in either direction along the track
Step 4: Email Your Details to Jess
Email Jess your fit type, width, drop and opening style, along with clear photos of each window. Jess will review your measurements and provide a custom quote.
Step 5: Choose Your Fabric
Choose your fabric with Jess by phone or request a $10 sample pack delivered by Australia Post to view the colours and textures at home. Once your fabric is confirmed, Jess will provide your final custom quote.
Step 6: Accept Your Quote and Place the Order
Accept your quote and pay a 50% deposit to place your order. The remaining balance is due before your curtains are dispatched to your address.
